South Africa invites President Michel to World Cup opening

March 10, 2010 -- The non-resident High Commissioner of South Africa to Seychelles, Mr Dumi Matabane, yesterday paid a courtesy call on President James Michel at State House.
He invited President Michel to attend the FIFA World Cup event in South Africa starting on June 11.
Mr Matabane described relations between Seychelles and South Africa as very good. The economy and piracy were among the issues discussed.
