State House ceremony for Topaz officers

April 7, 2010 -- The officers of the Seychelles Coastguard vessel Topaz, who rescued six Seychellois fishermen and 21 Iranians from a boat captured by Somali pirates at the end of March, will be hosted to a special ceremony at State House on Thursday evening.
They will be received by President James Michel, who is also the Commander-in-Chief of the defence forces.Â
