Welfare agency has a deputy head

May 24, 2010 - President James Michel has appointed Ms Brenda King as the deputy chief executive officer of the Seychelles Welfare Agency.

The appointment takes effect May 27, 2010. 

Mrs King was formerly the programme coordinator for Domiciliary and Home Care in the Health Service Agency.

She was previously the health coordinator for Baie Lazare clinic. She has worked in the health services since 1977.

She is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee for HIV-AIDS, as well as the nurses association.
